Honest answer — it depends on size, pitch, materials and access. A typical mid-terrace re-roof in the Wirral or Liverpool tends to land between £4,500 and £7,500. A detached or larger property is more. We'll always give you a written, itemised quote so you know exactly what you're paying for.

For emergencies (active leaks, storm damage) we aim for same-day or next-day where we can — even just to tarp it up and stop more damage. For free quotes we usually book within a few days. Just call and we'll be straight with you.

Yes — £2 million public liability. Documents shown to anyone who asks, no problem. If a roofer can't show you their insurance, that's a red flag.

We work across the Wirral, Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington and right through Greater Manchester including M1–M7 and out to Stockport. If you're roughly 20 miles or less from Bromborough (CH62), we'll be there.

Up to 10 years' workmanship guarantee on full re-roofs, with material-manufacturer warranties on top (often 20–40 years on tiles and membranes). Smaller repairs come with a 12-month guarantee. All in writing.

For small repairs — no deposit, pay on completion. For larger jobs (full re-roofs) we may ask for a materials deposit once work is booked. Always agreed up front, never demanded on the doorstep.
